Wingnut is a bit of an odditiy in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles world, in that he’s an anthropomorphic bat, but he actually isn’t a mutant! He’s an alien from another planet.
Anyways, the original Wingnut toy was painted in a purpley-grey and royal blue,a nd resembled the Adam West-style Batman design. I figured, hey, let’s make him look more like a more modern representation of Batman.
This was fun to make.
